Stan joined a leading trade/technical magazine as a copy boy and gradually moved through editorial production, from sub editor to features editor and deputy editor to become EDITOR. During this roller coaster of a ride he became alarmed at the death toll and accident statistics in industry and in construction.

Taking very early retirement he set up Heath Technical Services to publish a range of safety posters starting with 'Safety Tips for Forklift Drivers' and culminating with the current brand-new ASAD full colour range. All these Safety Point posters have been developed in conjunction with all leading, relevant, authorities.

Recently Stan announced the introduction of a Bespoke Safety Poster service. These Bespoke Safety posters can be produced to a client's personal specification with, typically, a cartoon character and client-specified text.
